Sales Development Representative

    QASource was founded in 2002 with offices in US, India, Mexico, and Canada. Our CEO and CFO cofounded the company and still lead the organization. We have over 1100+ engineers globally and provide engineering services to Fortune 500 companies at the fraction of the cost of a full-time US employee.     ​Responsibilities:

    • Drive outbound outreach to prospects.
    • Build a pipeline of opportunities for our Sales Team.
    • Use your strong relationship-building skills to build out your funnel with the goal of the Sales Team closing the deal.
    • Generate leads via cold-calling anyone from CTOs to QA Managers, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
    • Educate customers on our software services, newer offerings and be on top of the latest tools and technologies.
    • Track your progress in HubSpot and be able to speak to your outreach and funnel to senior leadership.

    ​Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or sales, account management.
    • Experience in the Technology space.
    • College Degree from a 4-year University.

    ​Must Haves:

    • Proactive, persistent, self-motivated, team player.
    • Curious, good at explaining complex concepts simply.
    • Openminded, eager to learn.
    • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a team, strong attention to detail.
    • Own your success: research and build new existing opportunities, become an expert in QASource’s solutions and services.
    • Strong cross-functional skills, agile approach to growth.
    • Be reliable and consistent.

    ​Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in software services.
    • Have experience working at a global company.
    • Previous experience with HubSpot.

    ​Salary Range:

    • $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (30% Variable).
